There are 2 ways to place an order:

1. Print out our order form, fill it out, and fax it to us at 415.648.3046. Then please call us at 415.648.3954 so that we may securely take your credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover) information over the phone.

If you call after business hours (Monday-Thursday and Saturday 10-6, Friday 10-7 and Sunday 10-5:00 pm., all PST), please leave us a message telling us a good time to call back.

We do not charge your credit card for an item until it is shipped.
All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank.

2. Print out our order form, fill it out, and send it to us along with your enclosed check to Small Frys, 4066 - 24th St., San Francisco, CA. 94114.
If you prefer to pay by credit card, please call us at 415.648.3954 so we may securely recieve your credit card information.

Shipping, Handling & Tax Info:

For each order going to a different address, please fill out a separate order form.
We do not ship to PO Boxes, nor do we accept credit cards with PO Box addresses.
Please note that we do not ship outside the continental United States at this time.

For EACH USA address, the following shipping and handling charges are added:

Shipping Method: United States Post Office Priority Mail

Sales of $0.01-$35.00, add $7.00
Sales of $35.01- $70.00, add $9.95
Sales of $70.01 and up, add $12.95

1-2 Day Express Shipping, please add $9.95 for up to 2 lbs.

Depending on availability, it usually takes 1 business day for order processing, plus the number of shipping days for the product(s) to arrive at your front door.

Sales Tax

SFSmallfrys.com is required to collect sales tax on transactions shipped to customers located in California.
If your order is being shipped to a California address, please add 8.50% to your order.

Returns & Exchanges:

Return within 7 days for full refund. Return within 30 days for exchange.

Availability:

When a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will notify you as quickly as possible. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.
